A nice refurbishment of the interior room done which looked pretty good.

Top thing on what it has on the list was a pool. The liner was torn and by the build up of dirt in the pool it's been like that for months. Take it off your list! Not cleaned well, cleaner needs specsavers. Handbasin had dregs of old soap and build-up around taps.New cupboard door nearly falling off. Needs adjustment.

The lady who checked us in was so lovely and friendly.Would definitely stay there again.

It be nice to have plates and bowls, especially when you take your own food. However I'm sure if I asked, it wouldn't have been a problem.

It was Great we enjoy and relax in this place so clean and comfy you will feel at home the staff are so kind they will message you just incase you are late.

Very good room , air-conditioned, plenty of room ect.Staff were very accomidating with our booking having booked a extra night last second allowing us to stay in the same room .

It was very clean and included things like a set of crockery & cutlery as well as a microwave and toaster, plus the usual kettle etc.

The towels were almost threadbare and need replacing; and the swimming pool is empty & been awaiting repair for a long time by the looks of things.

Prior to our arrival the last guests had vomited and there was an unsatisfactory clean up leaving a putrid smell, it was awful. With only one motel in the town and no other rooms available we had to put up with it. NEVER AGAIN.

It was good that we could arrange to leave our room unlocked as we arrived late. We appreciated that we had parking outside our room. The wifi worked. The room was comfortable. Good lighting, nice decore. Nice towels and the bed was so comfy.

There was no breakfast. If there was, I'm not sure where. There were no bowls from which to eat our cereal at breakfast time. When we returned to the motel Saturday night, we almost missed the building due to the lack of lighting. Better signage would help. The pool is not in operation and hasn't been for the past 3 years that we can remember. We visit annually around this time to visit and connect with family. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was extremely dusty and needs cleaning.

Liked the room layout very clean, comfortable beds and great value for money

It was a 40° day and pool not in action/ empty this was one of the things we were so looking forward to, a cool swim as we had been there before and enjoyed it. Would have liked notification that was not in action ?

torn curtain.dirty cutlery.pool with slime which I could smell in my room.no food, yet breakfast advertised.dirty kitchen bench Top, something sticky.

Had seating to relax on so l didn't have to sit on the bed or use the kitchen chair to watch TV.

Light switch was to high above bed to turn night Light on

As this is the nearest Motel Henty it was convenient as I was attending a family celebration. Attention to service would have been appreciated.

I was very disappointed that my towels were not changed at all during my 5 night stay. I left them on the floor as instructed only to find them still when I returned later in the evening. My room was free from 9.30 am to later in the evening so plenty of opportunity for staff to change towels. I only saw one staff member on the second day and no one else for the rest of my stay. The facilities for a meal were poor - one small dessert plate. The electric blanket on one side didn't work. Motel would only be good for a stop over but not for a longer stay. Unfortunately it is the only Motel near Henty so I had no option but to stay.

Language barrier with staff. They did not seem to understand our requests Our room was not serviced in the 5 days we were there. The bathroom was very dated. Hot water took a very long time to heat up. Tried to communicate our toilet wasn’t working but staff did not understand.
