The bed was really comfortable. Everything inside the room was clean.
Having to walk through piles of wet soggy leaves covering the footpath to get to the rooms. Wish there was instructions on how to use the coffee making machine.
Property is easy to find from the main road, signage for reception was great and room numbers are easily visible! Lots of trees and was just a beautiful atmosphere

We were checked in when the room wasn’t ready yet and it wasn’t mentioned at check in. However, the cleaners who were in the room let us change and leave before finishing up because we had an event to get to.
Location was great, easy to access from Melbourne. Everything I wanted to do within 5 minutes drive or walk.

The mattress was saggy with a big dip in the middle so we kept rolling into the middle all night. The lights in the walkway were on brightly all night and the tab curtains weren't great a blocking it out. The 6am shower by the person next door had the pipes squealing loudly for around 20 mins so bring earplugs.
