- The noisy Plastic liners on the old mattresses felt like a Motel not a Hotel. How unhelpful the staff were in buffet. Perhaps this is typical for Portugal? I asked for bottle of sparkling water the waiter told me to get it myself.

The view to the ocean was magnificent! The room was very large and convenient. Hotel location was also excellent.
The breakfast was not of the quality I expected for 5* hotel. Massively prepared food, low quality ingredients, not many healthy choices. Coffee machines did not work, making long queues. The hairdresser was very old. No fridge and no iron in rooms.
