Communication prior to the stay was extremely good. Owner is very responsive.
I love the place and the people there. The view was beautiful!
The location is great and the view on the city extremally stunning! The price for this luxury comes with the challenge of reaching the top of the hill, which can be difficult even for experienced drivers. We ended up going about 200 meters downhill to catch a taxi, which felt like a reasonable choice, given the current (terrible) logistics to the property. The property owner was very friendly and talkative.

Cons -

It was difficult to access the road with a car and find the hotel.
However, the property itself is outdatedmany of the facilities were quite old (incl some unpleasant odors) and not well-maintained. The room could have been cleaner; there was a lot of dust on the floor, and the bathroom wasnt very pleasant to use. The girl at "reception" was mostly indifferent and unfriendly - it took some effort to get even basic information from her upon arrival, such as the Wi-Fi password, breakfast time and location.
