- The staff was very polite, professional and most importantly, helpful. The hotel is within close proximity to the shopping area, bus stops, local train stations and restaurants. Love the warmth and welcoming vibe I received from everyone I encountered.
Cons -
- Staff made us book another room because in accordance with Japan rules/governing, children are considered 7 and under and we were a family of four (my wife and I, our 16 year old and our 11 year old). So our kids are considered adults? Huh? Beats me.
- Nothing
- I noticed my room was a bit dusty even with daily service. Not that it made my stay miserable, but I wondered why it was dusty.

The staff was very polite, professional and most importantly, helpful. The hotel is within close proximity to the shopping area, bus stops, local train stations and restaurants. Love the warmth and welcoming vibe I received from everyone I encountered.
