- The breakfast at the hotel was beyond my expectation and they even cleaned the room when I was only staying for 2 nights. Staff were all very helpful and polite. Would definitely book this hotel again if I visit
- Boutique style hotel. Very clean and nice.
- Hotel itself is nice. Room was OK. Beds were good. Public bath in hotel is nice. Hotel Loby is very nice. Good value for the money.
Cons -
- Not right at Kyoto station. Need a 5-10 min work.
- Hotel is not far from train station but not a pretty location and there is nothing, and I mean nothing in the area. There are many other prettier neighborhoods in Kyoto.
- I did not know the room was a smoking room. Also we had four people, there was no indication that there was a max of 2 people so I end up having to pay more. One of the bedsheet had some ash on it and the AC vent from the ceiling was dripping water.
