Roaches all sort off insects flying in even if the windows closes same food everyday for breakfast no verity’s very bored with the food

It's like a simple hotel in the mountains, nothing flashy but there's all you need plus friendly staff, a lovely climate with green all around. You get a filling meal in the restaurant and a decent breakfast with fruit and eggs and tea. Wundanyi is a green oasis and a nice break say from the heat of the coast.

The colour of the hotel isn't my coup of tea but that's me.

The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. The bed was really fantastic, and overall very good value for money. The breakfast was up to standard for the amount charged. We will use Lavender Garden Hotel again if we are in the area.

It is very well located. It is what it has to be for the price. The breakfast was decent. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help. The room is decent, very good mattress.

Cleaning - could be better. The building doesn't look too appealing.

Rectify the finishing in the rooms, there are parts with unpainted cement patches. Water in the bathroom is slow to go down the drain.

The staff is really nice and took great care of me! They picked me up from the train station, helped me with my further travel plans and they made a great plan for me to discover the town and environment! The kitchen was very good! I am looking forward to come back one day.

All the staff encountered where so friendly, they really made our experience great especially the lovely young man who checked us in and out and the lady who served us dinner and breakfast.

Leaving

Only very basic items on the menu were available. The hotel pretends to have rooms with air conditioning at a higher price, which we booked. But the hotel doesn't have rooms with air conditioners at all and hence we were fighting mosquitoes during the night.

The staffs were really friendly.
