- Great hotel, very spacious. The front desk staff was very helpful when we forgot to bring a phone charger. We were able to choose our breakfast and it was delivered to the room.
- We found very little we liked, other than the size of the rooms was large comparatively to other rooms in Japan.
- Beautiful Facilities
Cons -
- The bed was a little hard and the bath doesn't have a reheat function.
- The rooms locked from the outside so we could not leave our rooms without calling reception to unlock. They barely answered the phone so we waited 30 mins to be able to leave. Reception did not speak English so communication was impossible. The rooms were obviously used for adult purposes and were very uncomfortable with the inappropriate extras in the room. Cannot check in until 7pm which is very inconvenient. An overall VERY uncomfortable feeling and we felt unsafe. We did not stay beyond 1 night and found other accomodation. Wasnt close to the station for day trips or food at all.
