Pros +

Good price, safe and generally clean hotel. Breakfast and staff were great.

Cons -

Location is next to a busy street so there was some traffic noise but biggest issue was plumbing leaks the completely soaked the bathroom floor and kept it wet all night long. Toilet also continued to run all night.
