- More Than A Drop (MTAD) is an oasis in Moshi. I stayed for about a week in February 2025. MTAD is located just outside of Moshi. Although I mostly just walked to town tuk tuks or motorcycle rides come by every minute or two. Ths staff are friendly and helpful. They accomodated any request including 5 AM breakfast. Milli arranged for transportation and advised on tours. The breakfast and dinners were delicious offering traditional local dishes as well as conventional favorites. Especially mango sorbet! Much is grown in the gardens. Everything is prepared in house, including fresh baked breads and cakes in the morning. The facility is spotlessly clean. I spent many hours relaxing in the shade on a setee or sipping cold lager on the patio. My time there will be remembered as a hilight of my trip.
