Huge room, great breakfast, comfortable bed

After our check out we couldn’t use the pool

Good location and good value for the price.

AC was a bit underpowered for the size of the room. We only arrived in the evening and couldn’t get the room cooled down enough by the time we went to bed.

It is in front of the beach.

The hotel rooms are neither comfortable nor clean. They did not make any efforts to accommodate my family on the same floor. The breakfast is not good either.

It is a bit old, lights were. Very bright in the room, but yet good value for money

I enjoyed the location

The walls need some paint and restoration. The air conditioning is old and doesn't cool the room, please change the conditioning to a new one. it was so hot inside the room that I preferred to open the windows.There was no place to hang the towels, clothes and soap at the bathroom.Also, during my stay, there was a blackout. I had no electricity at the hotel.

I've been to the property before 7 yrs ago and was satisfied with, good breakfast, the stuff was polite and helpful. especially with my so many flight cancelation and still got a room to stay. also, I forgot my ipad, when i called they saved for me to pick up a week later! I was so happy they saved it for me!!!

honestly no bad comment on this section. as any other property is just to maintain the place as we know thing get old.

The room was big and right in front of the sea.It was spacious with air con and parking available.The breakfast is very nutritious with plenty of fresh fruits, juices, scrambled eggs, bread, tapioca, ham, cheese, etc

All went well with our stay.I have no complaints

We liked the beach. Good breakfast. Helpful and kind staff. On-site parking. Spacious room. Great location.

Staff was very polite, empathetic and resourceful. Bedrooms with good lighting and comfortable beds.

There was lots of mould on the ceiling of the bathroom, no blanket and no face and foot towels.

The people at the front desk were very friendly.

The reception was not super knowledgeable about tourism outside of their own city. Also; the WiFi simply didn't work in my room for the entire duration of my stay. As a digital worker with an online agency, this issue was actually a really big problem. They were receptive to my feedback, and they told me that it would be fixed for the future.

The location

The room wasn’t what I expected. Bed was hard as a rock and I had to ask for blankets, couldn’t have visitors in the pool area, it was extra charge to have guests in the pool.

The position is in front of a very nice beach. Some good restaurants at walking distance

The rooms are large but without many conforts that you would consider obvious in a hotel with this price. We did not have chairs. Water was dripping from the sink. Window didn't close and it would be easy do get in the room from outside. No blanket. Mold smell in the room.

Breakfast was very good. The position in front of the beach was a bonus. Lots of restaurants close by to choose from. The air con was very good and important and the overall size of the room is huge.

The bathroom window was stuck open which made that room very warm especially during the day. The lighting could be better as there are no side lights etc.

Room was big and clean. Location was very good too.
