Pros +
- Location was very good as it was a only a few minutes away from the Metro station. A lot of shops and restaurants and shopping malls/Department stores. That's perfect for me as I could still find food even I arrived late in the evening during my stay. Loved the hanging thread in the bathroom to dry towels or clothes. I got the room at the end of the corridor so it was really quiet, which I loved too.

Cons -
- The English of the Staffs were really bad. I stayed for a few times in the same hotel and I have never encountered a staff with communicable English. As I travelled for work I needed a statement proof showing that I have stayed in the hotel (not an invoice or receipt showing I paid). The staff kept telling me that they could not do so and asked me to ask booking.com instead. It seemed to me that they did not understand my request at all. The conversation ended up very unpleasantly but luckily they still be able to provide what I needed. There were also stains on the toilet seat which I could not get rid of. The check-out time is 10am in the morning which was a bit early. But I told myself that I paid a cheaper rate for a room in the area so I need to take this.
