- The English speaking staff and their very polite service. The welcome was warming, as well as their attention to detail and our safety.
- We simply loved our stay at Mansion Alcazar in Cuenca. This hotel is beautiful, charming and the staff is beyond fabulous! We will return to this wonderful hotel in this wonderful city!
- Special historic and unique place in an excellent location with a very attentive staff.
Cons -
- While the location is excellent for walking to the historical center of town, the narrow one way street is tough for catching a taxi. However, the hotel staff always accommodated.
- As an historic place, I had to unplug lamps for plugs for my computer and cell phone. There was also no desk and my room faced an interior courtyard which sometimes can be noisy.
