- Hampton never disappoint us! we had suite with balcony. Huge rooms, always clean. The best hotel where we have been in Maras. And it’s 14 years we travel to Maras.Staff is always lovely and useful!Absolutely recommended

Cons -
- Property cancelled our reservation one day ahead arrival and caused substantial inconvenience. Booking.com should have never accepted and confirmed the booking, property was damaged by the earthquake.
- Overall, the hotel was nice, but I would recommend avoiding hotel transfers, just choose a regular taxi. I asked for a taxi, but the staff offered me their transport to the airport, and I agreed. I needed to wait for 40 minutes, just because at that time they also bring their manager to the airport. When I wanted to pay, the guy didn't give me any change, so in the end, it cost double the taxi price + longer waiting time. Even airport staff came to me and ask where this taxi driver was from and said that I was scammed. Also, the wifi system is terrible, staff said it is because we used iPhones, that it works better on androids, but that information doesn't help.

Also, we didn't want the A/C running while it was not very hot outside, so we left the window open instead, but it kept on being much hotter in the room than the outside temperature and didn't cool down a bit. Lastly, there didn't seem to be a carpark for the hotel, just very few parking lots on the street reserved for the hotel.

I have been many times in Kahramanmaras and i stayed in different hotels but i've never been so satisfied as in Hampton by Hilton. It's a very good 3 stars hotel. Clean, with big and comfortable rooms. On the top of this, it's right in the city center and you can have a nice walk after business meetings.It was my second time at Hampton and it was a confirmation. Definitely the best hotel Kahramanmaras
