- Great team, very relaxed atmosphere and still a luxury environment
- We recently stayed at Alma Boutique Hotel in Zanzibar and had an outstanding experience overall. The service was top-notchespecially the garsons, who were super friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The restaurant was amazing, offering a delightful array of seafood dishes. We would like to underline chef Ahmed. The manager was also highly attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that guests felt welcome. The rooms were cleaned up on time every day, which made our stay even more comfortable.
Cons -
- The desserts could use a bit of improvement to match the excellence of the main courses, this was a minor flaw in an otherwise stellar dining experience. The only drawback we encountered was with the coastal area; the shoreline was full of reefs, which meant we had to wait for the water to come in before we could fully enjoy a swim. But the Hotel provides a snorkelling and sailing tour, with a very positive captain Abdurahman, singing along and being joyful. Despite this slight inconvenience, our time at Alma Boutique Hotel was memorable and enjoyable.
