- Nice room and bed
- Nothing.
- Great location. Amazing view overlooking the Nairobi National Park. Very quiet easy to sleep with light blocking curtains.
Cons -
- No hot water, only 1 of 2 sinks worked, ?steam hammer? pounding at all hours. Reported to be ?close? to airport but took over 20 min to arrive after leaving airport
- Almost everything!
- Difficulty changing reservations (adding a day). Friends cam to visit treated like criminals
