The hotel is in a super convenient location; steps away from transit, restaurants, and shopping. They also offer some great freebies with tourists in mind after a long day of exploring - cooling patches for aching muscles, warm eye patches, lactic acid drinks, and chocolate with GABA to help you unwind and fall sleep!
Its located conveniently in the centre of the Sannomiya Station, close to everything! The staff were extraordinarily helpful with check in and out as well as luggage deposit. The room is in a reasonable size with a massage chair, bed is not too small and is quite comfortable, and the bathroom features a smart toilet which is pretty cool. The hotel also provides slipper in the room, while toothbrushes and tea bags are available for pickup at the reception.

Cons -

The hotel entrance is a bit hard to find, and you need to take a lift to the reception on floor 17 first and then take another lift to your room, which is a bit annoying to me.
