The cleanliness, the comfort and the location are the best.

The location of the toilets opening just by the restaurant, the smell before one enters the restaurant is unpleasant, If the ladies entrance can be accessed the same pathway as the Men's it will be better

the dish i ordered on second day, the cheesy pasta had no cheese at all nor was it creamy, the mexican pizza wasnt chilli but other meals were okay

they give one bottle of water and refused to give one for my spouse as we were two

New section of the hotel is great, nice and modern, and comfortable bed.

Food was not up to standard, Dinner was terrible and breakfast was poor and unorganized.Looked like it was the first breakfast being hosted and no organization with staff.Long delays to get a coffee and an omelet.The new section of the hotel is great and modern, just the construction site outside of the window wasn't pleasant when trying to have a rest and nothing pleasant to look at.

We stayed in one of the new rooms which are really nice and modern.We had everything we needed in our room.The staff were friendly and attentative.The food in the restaurant was delicious even though it took some time to prepare.We will definitely stay there again.

The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The room was exactly as portrayed in the pictures provided. The facility felt safe. Staff was welcoming and courteous. They were all quite helpful and very accommodating, which helped us have a wonderful stay.

The restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive, and served a good array of breakfast options. The housekeeping staff were also good and cleaned our room and replenished our supplies daily; and are only let down by an ageing hotel.

Despite sending my booking enquiry in advance, we were checked into the old hotel and the reception staff missed the opportunity to invite us to stay in the newer hotel wing, which is far better and more pleasant. There was a lost opportunity to promote the restaurant options for lunch and dinner.The decor is old and tired, things are falling apart and not working: the guest only access door on the ground floor does not close, the emergency door did not close securely, and the bathroom fittings were too old and loose. The tvs are analogue and reception poor, and the air conditioning noisy and something akin to an industrial machine.Not worth the money.

Restaurant service was very poor, two of the wines we wanted to order from the winelist was out of stock. Our room's security bolt inside was broken off, and you can see that the door was broken into with some force

Staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. Reception staff are the smiles and friendliness of the hotel. 5 stars for all of them, each and every. Cleaning ladies too, extremely friendly, exceptional if I may say so.

I think cleaning staff is understaffed, so they. come at different hours,, ranging from 10 am to 4 pm. I think a few more staff would help us know when to leave the room for cleaning. Typically, being a traveller and knowing, most rooms get cleaned between checkout and checkin times, while at Cresta it stretches throughout the day.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff professional, as you would expect from a hotel in the Cresta chain.

I think that we were the only guests in the hotel. Our dinner was ordinary and the breakfast was unsatisfactory.

I have a cooler boxes that I needed to put in the freezer and the team was super helpful. Of all Cresta hostel I have stayed in, they offered to have me registered to the crested group….the place was clean, gave me extended check out time…simply amazing
