- Spacious and clean room; really good breakfast - thats probably it. One of managers (also English speaking; 1st lady) offered an apology with free breakfast for caused inconvenience - appreciated!
- The breakfast was very good. However, since the staff speaks little English, communication is poor and you can't know what dish you're eating. Specially if you have food restrictions or allergies. The location is very isolated and almost nothing but residence areas around. You will depend solely on the hotel amenities and shops during your stay. Else you will need to taxi out all time.
Cons -
- Lengthy check-in. It took me probably more than 15 mins. I cant say that this is a 5* hotel. Few reasons: 1) personnels attitude didnt make me want to come back and stay here next time. No proper (standard) welcoming. I had to ask myself where is the elevator, how to connect to the Wi-Fi, had to ask to get a check for completed payment, etc. One of managers (English speaking; 3rd lady) was pretty rude rather than helping / solving issues - never ever experienced such an attitude even in 2/3* hotels. Another lady (at the reception; spoke only Chinese - 2nd lady) tried to be helpful and was really polite but couldnt help much due to language barrier. 2) Not much variety of food in the restaurant in the evening. 3) Unstable tub ; 4) No towel for feet. Location: 1) quite far away from metro station - probably 10-13 min walk; no buses; only taxi - you would probably also need to wait for some time as hotel is far away from everything; 2) no cafes or restaurants nearby; 3) one mini-market in the vicinity with a very limited selection.
