The property outside looks very good, the garden was beautiful and well maintained,however the rooms and restrooms needs an upgrade as an emergency… AC has noises , TVs doesn’t work, water in the showers had a smells and tons of others little details that needs to be fixed. The people are extremely polite and helpful but unfortunately the rooms are a nightmare. Really hope they fixed the problems the place overall has tons of potential to be one of the best hotels of Gravata …

The overall infrastructure of the hotel is nice and pretty. They had live music with social distancing on Sat. night.
The hotel infrastructure is very nice but they fail on a lot of little details. For instance, the bathrooms have mold on the sink (both rooms we rented), bathroom shower did not warm up and then the water started liking out. Toillet had stained rings on both rooms. Pipes behind the toillet were exposed. Breakfast was very good and everyone had to wear gloves but they let people get refills of juice and coffee on already used cups.
