- location was beautiful and premises were nice
Cons -
- for it being called a luxury stay, and the astronomical price we paid, I expected to have luxury amenities. no washer, no dryer, no full service housekeeping, they would charge to wash dishes, there was a charge for coffee, bed mattresses were of the worse quality. super hard mattresses and flimsy pillows. fans did not work, AC downstairs broken, no one would come and take the trash out daily, no bathtub, no beach towels, and no breakfast included.
