- The driving staff was superb
- I have stayed at this hotel many times on my trips and the staff are always very accommodating especially because my Spanish is not the best. The rooms are clean and neat and the views of the city are lovely.
- Super clean friendly staff and good service
Cons -
- Originally they had put my wife and me in a twin bed room. I don¿t know if the desk staff doesn¿t like gringos that marry ecuatorianas or what. I asked if there was a way to watch American football anywhere near the hotel but he didn¿t answer.
- When ordering room service it would often take longer than what was estimated for and we had to call again to make sure the order was still coming. Nit picky detail but the only concern.
