- The front desk clerk was terrible attending and we moved to know the near by resorts and we were convinced to watch a lecture about Aviva .... It took too long I'm pregnant and they insist to offer us such a plan... Take us a lot of time and we felt bad cause we would like to enjoy more .... We came back to premium and fortunately we weren't disturbed anymore...
- Resort exterior is well-maintained and nice but rooms are dated. It took 3 rooms to find out that was safe and working. First room had broken lock/door that opens by itself. Second room did not have working lights in bathroom. I was finally upgraded to an ocean view room, which I originally wanted but was not available at time of booking. Unfortunately, this room does not have hot water during my entire stay. And all rooms have only 220v electricity but resort does not offer transformer despite marketing itself as a destination for international travelers. For what it’s worth, resort is 1.5 hours drive from Salvador Bahia airport.

Disappointing
I have already expressed my feedback to the hotel. I do not plan on coming back. It was a lot of money for what was offered and what was available. It was a nightmare to get a dinner reservation or a night event for kids. It was not the best decision to spend money on this place, it is not worthy.
The Welcome is poor if you speak only English? Without PORTUGESE you cannot survive on this resort!!!They also send you all Messages before arrival in ONLY PORTUGESE, that do not tell you that you have to load their APP to be able to check in to the hotel :( :( REALLY POOR until you get the room!After that the service and hotel is very OK! Nice massage place! Food was good, but not special, really basic.
