The breakfast was great for a vegetarian but I would prefer mash cauliflower with my baked beans

I just feel that the price for the drinks were a bit 7 star

Quiet at night,kind staff,well functioning lifts,lots of variety for breakfast,so many dishes to choose from

Flask of boiling water was cold,couldn’t finish my cup,but when I complained,the flask of water and milk were sorted and I got the warm coffee I wanted.

It’s very clean and it’s safe to be there

The flies , and the WiFi is very very bad in the room

Great service, literally everyone is very kind and so willing to assist. I left my room window open, and the monkeys caused a huge mess in my room, they gladly assisted, got the room cleaned and spotless without even getting upset. GREAT SERVICE! Food was good and great cocktails served at the Bar. Bar man was so kind and accommodating to all my requested. The spa was amazing!

The onsite entertainment was a little lowkey. The scuba diving facility onsite was not too eager to assist, I have my opining and reason from which I rather, not state on this public site.

Breakfast was nice - enjoyed the omelettes!The staff were great, very helpful. Place was clean and neat and tidy. Everything was available. Beach location was great. Plenty of parking available. Reception staff were very helpful.

Mmmm... Maybe could have done better with fruit salad... not that many fruits in there... bit same-ey.The aircon in the room didn't seem to work very well...? Maybe a service needed..? Or just replacing for better ones?

Breakfast was great. Lots of variety. (Would have liked some syrup for the pancakes though)

Shower drain was a little slow (322) so the water tended to spill over the edge.

Location was perfect for our purposes

Aircondition really made a loud noise , but as they windows do not open and there is no fan, we had no choice but to use it

Great location,nice large clean room , direct access to pools

Aircon was very noisy, had to switch it off due to burning smell , got almost no sleep

Location Rooms were comfortable . Family room was big Beds and linen were good

Quality of racquets for the tennis courts were very bad Food quality was very average besides the curry was very good Some staff at the restaurant were a bit rude

Hotel looks like it has just been renovated, clean and modern. Staff friendly, from the front desk to the barman.

My room was close to the kitchen, I could hear the exhaust fan. Room 217.

Love the location, Scottburgh is an amazing little beach town. Breakfast was great

Need a small fridge in the rooms

my room was amazing, the staff at the bar and waitresses were amazing. was really taken care off

my sea food basket was too salty, breakfast was not bad.

Very good facilities, close to the beach, good views and wonderful staff.Crenesh, Peter, olga, Wendy and the kids club ladies are absolutely great. I would definitely go back for another stay.

Parking is tight, need to improve on the parking area.

Everything was amazing. Laura, Vusi, Lindo, and Siya went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Will definitely visit again. Also, the managers were always around to ensure that we were happy.Thank you, guys ?
