Nothing really beside the bathroom space being small but I think it because you hardly spend time there

The nearby beach. Nothing about the hotel! Very noisy, dirty, chemical smell, bad food. No warm water or water pressure.

- No response for shuttle - Chemical smell so strong feel sick and nauseous- every room, sheets, main areas- Moved from room 26 ( Two rooms-Family room- no child over 10 is fitting in that small miniature bed! ) due to excessive noise- bellman never left from drop off - Room 208 (standard one room)- strong chemical smell, no water pressure or extreme temperatures hot/cold no comfort, sticky carpet with stains, mold in bathroom, severe rust unable to lock windows, damaged paint on walls/around fridge/peeling wall paper/ severe rust on fixtures/lights, x2 sirens atone 11pm and 5am, poor condition of room overall- Dining- sticky tables due to old condition, place mats old and stained with mold- Pool table and games cost $- Next morning Went to front desk and shared with Lungi all the challenges she requested we view a different room- waited 2 hours to view and same issues other than no carpet - Add. Supervisor Malthee refused to speak with us, Lungi Receptionist was primary support and tried to help -advised that I needed to reach out to booking.com. They could not assist me with changing reservation. Booking.com said they have to issue it! -Checked out after 1 night rather than 1 week

The welcoming at reception was exceptional and Nirisha made everything moved smooth from booking organizing set up for birthday the massage sauna and jacuzzi actually no words to explain my excitement i wish i can attach my birthday photos.house keeping was excellent nonku

if they can improve the bathroom set up its either shower only option and toilet separate

The lift was not working, and we had to use the stairs all the time.The bar has a minimal selection of liquors in the inclusive package. Surely, two whiskies (Threeships Reserve and Bell's) are two limiting. Please consider adding more whiskies.

Food and Drinks were amazing. Staff was super friendly. Clean rooms and linen.

Absolutely nothing

It has all kinds of activities. There’s no time where you go hungry and there’s a variety of of foods in the buffet. I also joined a Zumba class. It was so refreshing

The breakfast was amazing. Good options to choose from.

Maybe to tone down a little bit on the marketing of the sales pitches from the sales reps. Maybe have a dedicated rep for each guest as they book to avoid having 3 reps approaching you.

Carpets in the bedrooms old and outdated No smart TV No WiFi

The entire experience - sitting in the sun, watching the ocean and people watching while a dj played music. It was a vibe. The bed was so comfy and the food was all excellent!

Some areas are showing their age, carpets were stained.

It was a lovely stay, food was delicious, drinks were abundant, there's lot of activities to do inside the resort

We booked the beautiful Superior Suite. Spacious for our family of 4. The bathroom and toilet specifically requires attention, we were afforded an additional room as a temporary solution. Hopefully this too can be upgraded to match the beautiful room for our next visit.

I love the receptionist by the lady called Thobile, she made me check in and out so smoothly. She even arranged a shuttle for me to go anywhere.

The staff are very rude, my room air conditioner was not working for two days but they only wanted to move me from my room on the second day at 11pm after making lots of noise. The place is not clean at all and you’re expected to reuse the towels for your whole stay. The spa ladies lack the skills of massaging

The staff was excellent, super friendly, helpful and showcased great the vibes. Loved the on-site activity like fun quiz, Karaoke ?, disco night and entertainment during dinner!!! Food was delicious ?.

The guests should be told in advance the activities that are offered onsite and given a chance to book ( I could have been given a chance to book for example massage, sauna and jacuzzi rooms a day before arriving. Unfortunately a lot of things were fully booked. We need more entertainment for teenagers and young adults for during the day.

Its needs upgrate. Bring adapters for charging in the room.Food needs to have variety. Dessert has no options. Too crouded for dinner and lunch as it takes day visits. Tables dont get to be cleaned on time when patrons are done eating.
