room too small, bed too small, smell like dirty socks. Breakfast good, front office ok, but have being staying hotels in East and South Africa for approx 6 week, and while this was not the worst room, it was far and away the worst value. UGH!

Clean room, friendly staff

Very noisy environment. There were people staying there who partied and screamt till 1 am.

Food was bad and the air was coming through the sliding door at night, it was cold

We sa a big hairy spider by the door inside the room at night. While eating breakfast we saw a dead green flie on the table.

Rooms we slept in had cockroaches, lot of noise and the car is parked far away and had walk to the room and area was not safe,The admin had no time to explain about everything from Wi-Fi pin( wifi keeps on switch off) I had to call for the cleaner since room had bad smell

The staff are exceptional. Friendly, professional. Nothing was too much trouble.

A little noisy as it is near the shopping centre. But this is also a positive as there are restaurants close by.

The position off hotel was ideal, just the shops near buy look a bit shady

The bathroom windows could not be kept open because of the smell, also when using the extractor 1 would get the same smell

The room was not clean, the shower floor is very slippery. The towels are also very old. The iron was broken such that the water was leaking on the side and the ironing board had to area to put the iron. The rooms are not sound proof and it was very noisy

The breakfast was scrumptious. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff gave us a 5 star treatment.

The plugs were not working and I was unable to contact the front desk.

Booking handled professionally and staff at reception very professional

The room catered for 1 person but for sharing. A cup, towel everything was for 1 person. The clear glass of the bathroom was not comfortable and giving privacy especially when using the toilet. Neighbors playing music and talking loud beyond 12midnight and lastly the breakfast not being filled up when finished as we went for breakfast around 9am and some of the food was finished without being refilled

The staff is super cool and the rooms are well maintained and clean.

The was a smell from the toilet at night from the drain I guess was not pleasant at all

The distance to the restaurant. The aircon was not cold.

The staff They were the best

Internet was spotty, aircon seemed to malfunction and make weird noises at ungodly hours. Access to the rooms was limited, only 2 staircases for a fairly big building, both at the very ends of it
