Good premises and a very beautiful and enjoyable family room

The elevator has a bad smell;The TV is old and analog, is not smart and has only local channels:In the morning the entire building hall had a bad smell, probably because of the housekeeping

Its a simple boutique hotel

Breakfast is not that great, simple buffet with not much variety. The rooms and everything is quite basic, definitely not value for money . At that rate per night expected better amenities and breakfast.

Clean, modern, efficient. Very friendly!

Bed was comfortable, and room was spacious

The room was not soundproof.. I could hear the hoover from the ground floor.Only one bottle of water place

Plugs could be closer to bed for plugging in phones for the night but it's not that big of an issue to never stay again.

Room and amenities where ok. The duvet was put on back to front with the opening at the pillow end. :)Pity there is only 1 small opening window to get some fresh air. The shower is good with strong pressure. There is internet connection but it is / was very week.

Dinner was disappointing, with minimal choice plus badly prepared / cooked food, like raw fish. Plates were cold too, although they have a pass to heat plates.

Check-out time at the hotel is set at the same time as end of breakfast @ 1000 hrs. I am used to check-out time of 1100 hrs with other hotels.I had requested late check-out time of 12 noon as I had a massage appointment at their SPA @ 1100 hrs. However, as I was finalising packing my luggage the housekeeping came knocking on the door mentioning that she wanted to clean. I mentioned to her that I would be leaving in 5 minutes and requested her to skip my room and attend to other guest rooms in the meantime but she mentioned that this was the only room remaining. I was perplexed that she could claim to have completed cleaning other guest rooms by 12 noon.Another issue was that of passive smoking. The hotel has a no smoking policy in their rooms and thus provided a designated smoking area on each floor. Unfortunately, these smoking areas are partially enclosed with shopfronts and without a door, thus the tobacco smoke permeates the entire hotel atrium. I thus propose that the designated smoking area is fully enclosed and provided with a door and door closer to contain the tobacco smoke within 100%.

The staff was very welcoming and SO helpful. We arrived at the hotel with a car issue, in a city we came to visit for the first time, and they went above and beyond to help us solve the problem! Huge thanks to the crew!

There was some confusion over the vegetarian menu and most of the dishes weren’t available

Location is very convenient, the staff are very friendly and helpful and they offer good services. They have Massage services with additional costs that customers can enjoy and relax after a long day.

Everything was very good, for future references, management can think or consider putting a king size bed.

I loved everything, the room, gym, food, spa, and the friendly staff.

Staff is very welcoming and rooms are sound proofed for those next to pool area.

Restaurant food was is just standard

Had a wonderful time with my family. Christmas buffet was scrumptious, and the staff was very nice. I'll definitely call again.

Staff is very friendly and ready to help. I asked for ice and was served with more than enough. My daughter enjoyed herself in the children's pool and playing area.We had a good breakfast with enough breakfast options and a five-star waitress service ?

I didn’t have time for breakfast. Woke up too early for marathon and when I returned back to the hotel I had to prepare to leave
