- The room were suppose to be non smoking but it had lingering smoke smell and match box in the room . This would clearly indicate it was meant to smoking room. Hotel staff told me it was smoking room . I had paid extra for non smoking . Was cheated

Staff was curteous and attentive
The room were suppose to be non smoking but it had lingering smoke smell and match box in the room . This would clearly indicate it was meant to smoking room. Hotel staff told me it was smoking room . I had paid extra for non smoking . Was cheated
