- Someone was at the property to receive me
- Staff were generally helpful. James was exceptional, always available and ready to assist with a smile! The place is very quiet and tranquil.
Cons -
- No kitchen stuff such as sugar, tea and coffee
- The sound of the gate opening and closing, it may need some greasing!
- 1. When I arrived there was no staff available except a gateman who hardly hears or speaks English and cant communicate a single English word. At some point, I asked for a dish towel and I was given a rug because the poor guy dont understand English 2. Cockroaches were everywhere in the house, which is very unhygienic. 3. Human hair was all over the fridge, kitchen sink, and couches which I found very disgusting. You can tell that the property is not thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained 4. The day before my departure, the angry receptionist came to chase me out saying you are supposed to have left already and you are still here, only for me to tell her to check the records since I was leaving the following day, only for her to go and come back and say sorry 5. I requested to wait outside the apartment waiting for my pick up and I was told we dont have a waiting area, this took the trophy
