Pros +
- They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didnt wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
Cons -
- Horrendous We first got the room they never changed sheets after previous guests.. only making it look like its was clean, which it was obviously not. When we got new sheets they were still dirty, like 20 year old sheets thats been used by guest over time, with cigarette burns in them etc. We asked to change room but the other room were even worse then ours.. toilet not clean, shower no working properly, floors extremely dirty so it was slippery, stains on walls, no sheets for blanket, smelly rooms, guests who smokes inside etc. And then they tried to charge us the double amount for the room that we had already paid 100% of. The staff of OYO did not seem to care while telling/writing to them what was going on. We thought OYO was a good chain until now. Very disappointing overall.
