Just a 10-minute walk from Strand Beach, Seahaven Resort on the Seafront is set among 3 acres of tropical gardens. Offering an escape from the city, this resort overlooks Magnetic Island and Cleveland Bay, and features 2 saltwater lagoon-style swimming pools and free private parking. Seahaven Resort accommodations ranges from hotel rooms to self-contained apartments. Each room has a 50-inch LCD TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a refrigerator. Apartments and select rooms feature a dining area and kitchen. We also have a Restaurant/Bar which is open daily for breakfast (2 continental breakfast included per booking), from 7:00 to 9:00 AM. And a Bar that opens Tuesday to Saturday from 4:30 to 8:30 PM. Guests can enjoy a game of tennis or basketball at the courts provided. The resort also has a children's playground and wading pool, as well as barbecue facilities. Day trip arrangements can be made at the tour desk. Seahaven Resort on the Seafront is a 5-minute drive to the Townsville City Center and Townsville Airport. Other attractions such as the Reef HQ Aquarium and Townsville Mini Golf and Fun Park are less than a 10-minute drive away.

- The location, the warm and friendly staff. The hotel is perfect to the location I needed. The staff will assist you on your every day inquiry and requirements. The room was clean and complete in amenities. All the towels and bed sheets were clean and fix.
Cons -
- The only concerned is the internet wi-fi which is not available. hopefully on my next visit it will be fix and customers can avail of their free internet wifi connection. The program of the TV also becomes not available from 12:00 midnight until morning..
