Great breakfast, convenient location, clean and spacious room.

Great breakfast! Staff was helpful when we arrived and hotel restaurant was closed they recommended a place down the street.

The young gentleman at the reception on the evening was more than excellent with superb customer care! And the lady on Saturday and Sunday was also very good.

Bathroom, including floor was not clean but I did not complain because I would have been inconvenienced either by moving room or cleaning while I was there!

I really did not expect to find such a great hotel in what seemed like in the middle of nowhere.Superb brekkie. Properly equipped gym. And a front desk gentleman who, not only pronounced my name correctly (a rarity) was also a die-hard Iron Maiden fan ??

Comfortable, breakfast excellent

The cost for the washing machine was outrageously expensive- as a hiker I used the washing machine in multiple hotels throughout Norway over a month and this was 4 x more than the previous hotel.

Good view from the hotel including in our low floor room. A necessary but well working mosquito barrier in the windows. High quality rooms and bathrooms, nice breakfast. Perfect location.

No clear negatives encountered during our short stay.

Hotel was in middle of nowhere. No public transport over the border to Finland. Was very difficult to contact taxi. Hotel could have been more helpful with this. Had to return to Alta next day and replan route.

Multiple high quality food choices , beautifully arranged -,ceramic plates , cups , bowls - no plastic . Very enjoyable .

One staffmember who works in the restaurant wasn't so friendly,

A nice hotel with a view on the top of a hill. They have a good restaurant on site, which is good as there isn't much in the immediate area around the hotel. Free parking. Nice, clean room. Good and extensive breakfast. Easy check in.

A bit expensive for what it is, like most things in Norway.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast

It is not prepared for cyclists, you have to leave your bike outside. The staff was also not really willing to discuss other options

Nice place as a resting spot on the way between Norway and Finland. Breakfast was good. Could be a lot better hotel with this building and location.

Room was not cleaned properly. There was crumbles, sand and popcorn underneath the bed. No real broadcast TV which was a bummer since we missed the euro games.

Good hotel.clean and spacious rooms. Good service. Car parking available (free of charge) .Gladly again.

I liked reindeer walking around hotel

Chair in room vas dirty,TV not working,only one peace of paper napkin in bathroom ,noisy in corridors,we hear everything from other rooms,talking ,tv loud.Can’t rest at all.

The breakfast

No heat in our rooms so it was a cold stay.No preasure in the shower

The scrambled eggs, the coffee and the vitamin shot was excellent.Nice variety of breakfast items.

The glutenfree bread was a bit dry and stale.Would have loved having some real butter as well.
