Pros +
- I had a nice moment during the time hotel employee was the best staff thank you to him for his help and everything, he was almost there to listen and provide service to the customers.
- Although the service by almost everyone here was terrible, there was a young man (maybe 18 years old)who worked one night, he was very friendly and actually seemed genuinely helpful.
Cons -
- The room was so old.
- TERRIBLE service,bedding smelled like heavy perfume and they wouldn't change it. The glasses were dirty the TV didn't work, there were 3 lightbulbs that didn't work. I was told to go to a 5 star hotel if I wanted clean and everything in my room to work.
