- The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant had amazing food on the menu. I was very impressed. The architecture and layout were very beautiful, the restaurant, pool, and bar area were very nice and I enjoyed the dinner time music.

Cons -
- Not being allowed to fill my water bottle at the breakfast from the water dispenser
- My luggage had been lost,and I had almost no toiletries. It would have been nice if there had been some lotion and conditioner in my room,or that the hotel could have provided to me. There was no washcloth, either, so bathing was challenging.
- Worn out room. Ripped towels and linens. Buffet breakfast plates all have spots from previous meals.
