- Reception staff Achrd was rude with a bad attitude towards me, probably because I didnt buy his tours. He asked me to check out although I was allowed to have a late check out by another reception staff.
- Need phone for light, as no light on in corridor. In day noisy as work going on. Lift fell unsafe. Bedding clean but ....... Door was stuck so had to use force to get in.
