- Even thought I had booked my hotel stay via booking .com , my children where treated absolutely badly . There was absolutely no empathy by the very rude staff . The last time my dad stayed in this hotel two years ago , the service was great but absolutely rubbish at the moment . I had my secured booking online for my children , was a previous customer, had sent them an email and called to check all ok. I will give them a zero star if they had one . If you are abroad please ensure you plan to pay the cost in Cameroon off front before your stay
- Location is good to reach the Airport which is 5 - 10 min drive. Breakfast included in the price. I would come again
- Flexibility, I spend two nights at this hotel. Customer service is top. I will highly recommend.

- It could be much cheaper. No kettle in the room.
- Just need a little modern furniture
