Very friendly staff. Clean room. Good central lokation. We arrived early and they gave us the room when we arrived and gave us also breakfast for free.

Highest price so far the fee for my little dachshund. 100 euro for one night. Nothing made special for my dog as a waterbowl or a dogbed That you often get from other hotels for half the price ( 50 euros)The room vas very plain. No Light to read in bed.

The hotel is well organized and I could get breakfast before the official time. The buffet was also good, but they didn't have real butter (only margarine). Nice size rooms and no complaints about the bathroom.

Sadly this is located right next to/on top of some bars and I had to keep the windows open because of the heat in the room, so the sound disturbance was immense. Also, some cars seem to use the street in front of the hotel as racetrack in the middle of the night. The bed is quite soft as well which isn't very comfortable for me personally, but that is personal preference.

There was like car racing late night .. around 1 or 2 am very noisy, almost every night..

It was a lovely stay. The room was bright and spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

It's impractical that the whole web page for the Hotel isn't available in English. It's not possible to book a room through their own web page if you don't know Finnish.

Staff told misinformation about closing the main door at 11 pm (it was closed already at 10:30 pm).

There is a pub right at the first floor which is quite a good place to relax at night. Also the location is convenient that the railway station is within 10 min walk.

I specifically called and requested a room from yard side due to early wake up, and it was promised to me on phone.when checking in, late at 10 pm, I was told there no more rooms on yard side available.

I booked a suite and was traveling alone with my daughter. The suite was overall comfortable, but we were a tad disappointed there was no minibar (was not listed at room's facilities, so my own mistake not noticing that. I made some research and appears all of the rooms are without minibars).On the day we left and were carrying our stuff from the room back into the car (still had not signed out) and were already at the street heading to the parking lot, the hostess popped out from the reception door and yelled at us to remember to pay for our visit ?.I know it might've seemed like we were leaving, as I was carrying some stuff with the child. This was bc I could not leave a 5 year old alone in the room.I found this very unprofessional.We have an italian surname, we travel by 2 and had a suite & asked for our dinner to be billed with our room. I hope it did not affect on things going how they went.The hostess apologised me as we went back in, which was professional however.But, I wish something like this would not happen anymore. There needs to be some trust, and the hotel already had my personal information / debit card information.

Bath was really nice because in Finland it's really hard to find anymore.

We was freezing during breakfast. Maybe because of the air conditioning.

The bar and restaurant in connection with the hotel are a nice addition

For the price, I would expect nicer bathrooms and views
