The breakfast was amazing and had lots of varieties . The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and the staff at breakfast as well.

The Ac in the room was very noisy each time it was on . The door also had some noises as well at opening .the pillow cases had burnt marks

Room were clean, friendly staff, restaurant were clean,tasty food .

Noise from neighbors were too much,i couldn't sleep at all

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the pool. The breakfast was amazing. The staff is amazing and friendly.

Breakfast was great and the room was beautiful.

The noise level at Reception area during the night were very high.

The breakfast was okay, it would have been nice if we were told that we can ask for it to be brought to our room

The check was delayed by an hour cause the was not ready, They could have done something about it.

Potholes on the street leading to the venue.Son kept slipping at the bathroom due to a leak from the shower to the floor. And bathroom door doesn't shut completely.

I liked the spacious room of four because we were 3 sisters and wanted to share the same room with our mother .

The balcony view but there's nothing they can do because of its location.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but adequate - comfortable and clean. When I had a problem with my aircon, they came to fix it straight away and even moved me to another room.

No balcony on the rooms and no central area (with desks, charging station) for working.

Breakfast was basic and was not well cooked . The Location of the hotel is poor it is close to the taxi rank. There was too much noise at night . Some of the guests were unruly , we didn't have a peaceful weekend. This place is not a hotel at all . We were not impressed.

Cleanliness. Friendly staff and breakfast. Just that it was cold I couldn't visit the pool.

Locking and unlocking the door was a struggle

It is very quiet and in a nice environment. We only stayed for one night because we were attending a funeral but the staff were amazing and offered us take away breakfast as we were checking out very early.

My room was the last one and next to the steps noise when ppl are moving was too much

Very beautiful and clean. Excellent breakfast. Clean restaurant and rooms.

Reception staff are unreliable. The drive from the main road to the gate of the facility is uninspiring.

Aaaah the breakfast ? was excellent including the stuff too ?they wear so frankly I loved my staying ??I enjoyed every moment of it. Thank u ?and u know what on Friday 24th it was my birthday ? one lady she sang ?for me ?

The food was good. Will definitely stay again.

The water flows out of the shower while bathing and the lighting in the room wasn’t enough.

Gee the breakfast was limited and cold. We had breakfast the first day skipped the second day. My colleagues stayed at Venice Lodge. Better choice. The receptionist thought I'm doing her a favor. She was rude as he'll. I almost slapped her. Manager apologized with a bottle of wine. Not for me definitely.

The pictures taken was when the hotel opened. Definitely chalk and cheese. Breakfast pathetic. Not my monies worth.

Friendly staff, great location, clean room

Good breakfast, quiet place for those who wants to rest and relax. Lots of places around to go to for leisure.
