Location and the friendly staff. Room was a good size.

The room was a bit rundown and shabby.

- Comfortable bed- large room with nice view from the balcony

- the hotel was a bit old, the elevator and our floor were smelly (sewage smell)

Great breakfast, convenient location and parking.

I visit the hotel quite often and I'm quite satisfied: the breakfast is one of the best in the town (the best I tried, but I did not visit all hotels there), the rooms are very comfortable, the wifi and smart TV great! It has a covered free parking, quite useful in winter.

It is great, but if you need to leave the hotel very early in the morning and you want to use the hotel parking, best ask the desk about the time the would open it. The parking has a gate that may be locked at night.

May be related to the storm that was ongoing during our stay, but the AC was occasionally really loud.

They clearly invested in the rooms and changed some of the bathroom appliances. Very clean room.

In the bathroom there was a strong smell of sewage. The lobby, hallways and furniture inside clearly needs an upgrade. The price for one night was very high.

Our room wasn't cleaned properly. The floor in the room was dusty and the silicon seams in the bathroom would need to be renewed. The flowers on the restaurant table were moulded. There is a club in the same building as the hotel. We stayed at the hotel at the weekend during summer and for us it was impossible to fall asleep before the club closed (4 am) - simply too much noise on the street.

The staff were lovely - very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a lovely, typical Finnish buffet, which we enjoyed.

We only stayed one night, because the bed was far too small, the curtains didn't block any of the famous midnight sunlight out (we couldn't sleep a wink) and the room was very old & shabby. The photos must have been taken years and years ago!

Just a few things - the lighting in the bathroom can go out unexpectedly because it is controlled by a sensor. There was dust in some places of the room.

The bed was comfortable.

No plugs and bedside table on both sides of the bed. I had to place my stuff on the floor and my phone charging far away.The breakfast did not have options for vegans.

I advise the place, the very friendly and helpful staff will do whatever they can for you. Great breakfast, spotless hygiene.

I could not understand how to get my room a little warmer.

A nice and modern hotel close to the city center. Breakfast was very good!

Good location. Very nice breakfast.

First room had a lot of mold in the shower. We got another room, it had mold in the shower as well. Very worn-out look all over. Needs renovations. Air conditioning was loud. Bed super uncomfortable and small and pillows made both our necks sore the next morning.

Easy to find; many parking spots close by, even few under roof. Very friendly staff, good food at dinner and very good breakfast with so many varieties.

House, floors and rooms are little bit old-style.

It’s uncommon to find recently renovated hotels in Finland and fortunately this is not one! they’ve done a good job at keeping things new and functional. It’s a quick 5 min walk to old town but the hotel bar and restaurant are traditional and cozy. nice terrace to relax as well.

The old town can be achieved by walking. The facilities and the breakfast are good. The hotel staffs are also helpful and friendly.

If you’re staying in a room facing to the street, then earplugs are needed for sleeping.
