Hotel Vanha Rauma

Location is great. Breakfast was average.

The room could have done with a full refurbishing. Old looking and marks everywhere on the walls.Bathroom was small/tight. It was a bit on the chilly side, a degree warmer would have been nice. I stayed in a hotel in Helsinki recently that was 20 euro more but miles ahead in term of the quality of the room and provided facilities.

The bathroom is very tiny, the whole toilet gets well if you take shower. The staff talked and explained everything to my husband in Finnish ignoring me speaking English during the whole check-in process, even though I was the one who booked the hotel. That was very uncomfortable.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is great with lots of choices.

No elevator for guest use. Quite expensive for the standard of the room. I did definitely expect more for the price.

stayed for second time. Nice and quiet location in the old town.

Bar closes very early. at 21.40 we could not order suddenly a second drink.

The location was outstanding and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Everything worked without any fuss from off street parking overnight to a nice breakfast in the morning.

Great location. Host was lovely and shared all sorts of details about the history of the property that had been in her family for more than 100 years

The hotel was well situated in the old town. Parking was easy. The breakfast good and there was plenty of choice.

The bathroom which smelled due to black mould ?

Quietness of the place. Hotel was unique and small. Staff was very friendly.

Pillows and the bed were not great (not horribly bad either).

The fan in the room (above the door) makes a lot of noise at night.

Our room was over the restaurant, so we could hear the chairs moving at breakfast .

I think we were not luckiest with the room we got, but it was fine. :) Found a dirty towel under the bed. Otherwise clean.

Small hotel next to old city. everything is neat and clean.

Very large room with queen bed, desk, sofa group, very large TV. No A/C - this was the only downside as it was unseasonably warm during our stay. Breakfast was good, and the hotel restaurant was fantastic (limited daily menu, though).

Perfect location in the edge of Old Rauma. Quite quiet rooms, but it was very hot, no possibility to open the window. Only small, noisy air conditioner in the room. Clean and comfortable room, plenty of room for 3 of us. Comfortable beds.Stuff was very friendly

I would have preferred richer breakfast, poor selection for me personally. Kids were complaining also.Too hot in the room.

A stylish hotel in the middle of historic old Rauma. A young team will be present throughout the weekend. Some are trainees and some are already a little more experienced. Absolutely great service. The attitude was relaxed but at the same time polite, the friendliness and expertise made an impression.

Good location, functional, spacious room.

Excellent location, very comfortable room at a reasonable rate. The staff was amicable and helpful. Wifi was of a useful speed and included in the room rate.

The room was warm with no air conditioning, just a small fan was provided. If air conditioning isn't possible to retrofit, then lighter bedding would be appreciated, the provided comforter was too think for a warm summer night.
