The rooms are large and comfy

Electricity went off in part of the hotel so we changed room, then the loo didn't flush in the next room. Finally had a functioning room 3rd time lucky. Restaurant over priced for what you get.

New facility with modern finishing.

The was a function taking place the same night of lodging so it was a bit noisy.

There is a restaurant onsite and the food is great.It was my colleague's birthday and the chef made it special with a piece of cake. The staff is always ready to serve and they go an extra mile.

The rooms are not soundproof so i could hear the noise from other rooms

We were moved to the new modern hotel, which was very comfortable, but the big pool, which was the reason we booked was closed as the other guest suites I actually booked were being renovated. I was not notified of this

Clean , upmarket and friendly staff food also very good

- The friendly and helpful staff.- The rooms are big with a lot of space.- The facilities are always kept clean and tidy and the swimming pool is cleaned every day.

- Everything was fine. If there was anything, it would be that the lightning in the rooms are not kept the same (cold white or warm white) light. A more uniform lighting concept should be kept, but that is a subjective assessment. I prefer warm white light for a relaxed ambiance.- The waiting times at the restaurant could be shorter. Waiting times for a meal take really long. Efficiency in Restaurant Service / Kitchen Service should be improved.- The bathroom / toilet facilities in the rooms need to be modernised. Sometimes the toilets did not flush properly.

Horrible Experience.

Party house, No sleep, No towels, No hot water, No camper parking, terrible food,

I did not eat breakfast due to my intermittent fasting that I am on. the proximity of the kitchen is well placed, and I can't really complain

the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the place

We enjoyed the proximity of the facility to the main road and the safety and security of the parking area specifically. Perfect overnight facility on our way to South Africa.

Of all the hotels and overnight places, we stayed at (10 nights) this was the most expensive and I thought a bit excessive.

We were lucky to be upgraded by the reservation staff

The restaurant had no steaks and the waitress did not notify us until after we placed an order for 2 steaks

Improve the quality of the breakfast and also do all you can to eliminate flies at the restaurant

The breakfast and supper both had buffet selection which was great.

The T-Bone was not great at all and was unable to eat most of it.

Friendly and comfortable stay

Could offer a car wash option at a fee. When driving through Botswana, many flying insects are stuck to the front area of the car which need to be removed. Also, should not allow private sound boxes to be played in pool area as it disturbs guests who wish to enjoy/ read in that area.

Spacious and very clean rooms. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff.

Their rate is a bit too high for the standard rooms provided. I paid R3000 less for same standard in South Africa, Mozambique and Namibia.

Overall the place is a good resting place on your way to Windhoek or Ghanzi region towards Zambia or Zimbabwe

The receptionist, i forgot her name. Very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great but can be improved

The soap and lotion containers in the shower were empty.The bar fridge needs service, it was making a lot of noise.

the rooms were not prepared to accommodate a couple. everything time I use the property I book for double occupancy but still have to ask for additional towels etc. which makes me appear to be a bother and a miserable client.
