Extremely run-down hotel, stay somewhere else.

Extremely run-down hotel, it felt like checking into a mental asylum in the 1970s. Bathroom not renovated since presumably the 70s, broken toilet seat and dirty, dirty, dirty, all of it. Poor selection at breakfast and what was there was burnt or dry.

TV channels were great.Good with soap in the shower.Very friendly staff, they helped us store the cycles in their garage.

The personnel at the reception as well as at breakfast ere fantastic. The view was amazing nad the location was the best.

The room was dark and dingy. The bathroom had a weird smell. The breakfast was mediocre.

1) First thing we noticed was how friendly and helpful the staff was! Great reception! 2) Easy to find the hotel. We’ll located to the rest of town and nearby highway for those road tripping. 3) breakfast had a good selection.

1) the hotel rooms and hallways were clearly outdated. Holes in the wall and worn fabric on chairs looked unprofessional.

Breakfast could have been warmer,both breakfast and evening meal was a bit of a let down,however the restaurant across the road was 1st class,

The rooms did not look anything like in the pictures. The interior was outdated. The rooms were extremely small. Terrible view from the window. Unpleasant smell in the corridor.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I could park my bike safely in the garage, the hotel is located very nice on the water, lunch and breakfast were excellent.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located on the edge of the town centre aqnd has a view over the harbour.

I booked this hotel because it has an in house restaurant, but the two days I stayed the restaurant was closed. This should be included in the description.

One the plus side the staff was really friendly, the location is in the heart of the city and the breakfast area is quite lovely with a view on the river, breakfast is also very good

Everything looks like it has seen better days, the rooms and the lobby are quite shabby looking, the chair behind the desk in my room looked really awful, not the best of beds, this hotel needs to either refurbish or lower their prices

Central & convenient location, good breakfast

Worn feel, some sauna not available due to COVID, window with broken blinds/bird poo looking into desolate interior parts of the building

The evening receptionist was very friendly and skilled!The Hotel is very nice and in very good location. The breakfast was quite good!

The receptionist on the day gave me as answer when I asked about trains that I should google. When I friendly asked her to google she did (without success) :-)

The staff in the reception was very friendly and helpful. The staff in the breakfast restaurant was just average, absolutely not more.

The room was quite terrible, very old without any good feeling at all. We booked a family room - the kids hated the room.

Excellent, helpful and competent staff. Hotel and facilities dated for the price.

Our children being kept awake by antisocial car gangs circling the hotel from 18:00 to 23:00.

Could use some renovation, everything was a bit dated - especially the (single) elevator was hopelessly slow.

No secure WiFi (my mobile gave me a security warning).Sauna closed. Because of the pandemic, I understand, but it would have been nice if that would have been anounced on the hotel's homepage (at least I haven't seen it).

Great location, great views, good breakfast, friendly staff. An old and basic but clean hotel. Good value if you just want a bed for the night.
