The reception desk is open from 07:30 to 21:00 on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and from 07:30 to 19:00 on Tuesdays to Thursdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Guests arriving after hours are required to complete their check in process at Reception in the morning. Great news! The road from Maputo to SMBC is now open. A refundable breakage deposit of R3 000 will be required upon check-in during this period. A damage deposit of MZN 4480.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by cash. You should be reimbursed on checkout via cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
