- Great staff! Service was excellent throughout our stay. Location - right on the river - is fantastic. Brilliant sunsets - we watched them from the pool every night.
Cons -
- Zambia is having nationwide electrical grid issues. Power keeps going on/off. The hotel has a generator but the constant switching caused air conditioning problems at times. Not the hotel’s fault.
