The Baths Natural Hot Springs

. Waking up and go early morning to the Baths, taking walks, nice and quiet.

There was no dislikes, everything was what l expected was there, review l read before I booked was 100%

Location, hot pools and cold pools, as well as the jacuzies were excellent. What a brilliant idea to feed them with hot spring water.

The appartment was clean but the interior was spartanic. Despite enough space in the upstairs bathroom, there were no boards or furniture to put anything and we had to put our toiletries on the floor. The downstairs bedroom was ok, but the light switch for the very narrow winding stairs to reach the bathroom was actually located on the top floor !!! The bedroom on top was ok, but no bed table lamps. The outside braai was ok, but no table provided to put your food, utensils or the drinks, just a very uncomfortable bench.

All went well. From the welcome upon arrival to breakfast on the last day. The atmosphere is serene, and it was not too busy. We enjoyed the cold and hot swimming pools, and the rock pools.

What I did not like was to leave. We are already planning when to go back again. Our stay was very enjoyable and memorable. Will recommend The Baths to all our family and friends.

We enjoyed the chalets with our own jacuzzi, the breathtaking views, resort pools and restaurant.

Everything is far apart , The backyard accommodation is not closed off from the wildlife so we had an encounter with a wildcat that came into the yard while we were in the jacuzzi.There is not enough entertainment, everything is way too quiet no music allowed just speaking loud and the people look at you weird.

Beds were comfortable and the chalet was private. We enjoyed having our own jacuzzi. It was an easy drive up to the pools and there was parking available. The view from the chalet was beautiful.

We stayed in a chalet over looking the mountains. Most beautiful view. We loved the pools and our private jacuzzi. We had to drive by car to get to the hot pools, but we didn’t mind at all. Great place to stay

Everything was to our needs and expectations. Therefore nothing we didn't like.

Overall experience was really good. The facilities are well maintained, including the two pools. There is a hot pool, and a cold pool, both with ample loungers. The onsite restaurant is well managed and the food options are enough to keep you well fed for a few days. The crowd this place draws is decent, which made us feel safe at all times. No rowdy or drunk crowds, and no loud music.

There is no option to have housekeeping done, perhaps for an additional fee. The wifi was erratic at times, but not enough to make things unpleasant.

Location, combined with a well managed and cleanly presented accommodation.

I would like to have confirmed which chalet I was booking into when i booked with Booking.com.

I made use of absolutely every swimming pool, jacuzzi, rock pool - just loved it. Restaurant food and drinks was define and our waiter, Jayden was excellent!!

The quietness and cleanliness of the property. Staff went out of their way to assist us with our needs.

The staff was very friendly, from the security guard to the receptionists. The grounds are very clean and tidy. Everything is good maintained. The chalet was clean and the view was breathtaking. The big pools were sparkling.

A couple of sun bed/recliner chairs would have made sitting outside more comfortable

I enjoyed the resort and its facilities.

Staff. We had a member of staff be unjustly rude to our group. Upon arrival, I realized that I had booked the mountain chalet (1km away), and when I asked if I could change (and would be willing to pay), I was told that the resort was fully booked. Mind you, when my husband and I walked through the resort, we noted plenty of units open and not in use. So, the staff was not very accommodating at reception, but the restaurant staff is superb!
