Room far below standards of other rooms we have used in the country. Would never book this hotel again.

Friendly staff going out of their way to make our time great, stunning breakfast buffet and oooh.... that Macchiatto Latte's in the mornings made our day! Lovely chalet, expert bedding with stylish décor made this country lodge a must visit. Highly Recommended! We end up staying an extra night too, and can't wait to visit again in the winter time with friends.

Aircon dripping water after being on for a while, and although it was attended to, still wasn't working well and caused us to switch it off early because it drips on the wall plugs behind the dresser (C3).

The attitude of the staff, they upgraded us to a double room because we arrived with children at no extra cost. A luxurious breakfast. An amazing place in the middle of the road

The few available staff were friendly.The pool was kept clean.Breakfast was good.

Too few staff on duty. Promises to bring pool towels never materialized. We were in a room with water flooding the bathroom with every shower and no bathroom window or extractor so the room was damp and stank of mold. The TV worked for 3 hours in 5 days for 2 little girls. Requests for assistance were all ignored. The pool was a disaster at various times each day as large families played ball games and dived into the pool despite the babies being in the pool. There was no supervision from lodge despite the rules clearly visible. I would not recommend.

We loved the spacious family room with the kitchenette that even had an air fryer. The vintage decor with modern elements worked well for this country selfcatering hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool was a great spot to cool down with ample shade and seating.

Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. breakfast was delicious and enough. The pool was clean and the children enjoyed it thoroughly. We requested a room change, and they obliged without hesitation.

the place wasn't full at all, but yet they initially gave us rooms at the furtherest corner of the establishment. The gym was old and the treadmills were all not functioning. We requested assistance from a staff member, who said he will find someone to come and assist us, and we still waiting.

Friendly staff and very accommodating in requests made. Food was very good, and facilities were clean and enjoyable to use. Breakfast very good.

Not all the rooms are as mentioned in the details of the booking. We were expecting a kitchenet, which was not in our room. The Tv's channels did not work due to network issues.

Generally I would not choose a hotel/lodge in small towns, rather a guesthouse or B&B. I honestly did not expect this. Exceptionally neat and well maintained lodge for such a small town.

The bed was a bit firm! ? But it is just because I prefer a soft mattress. Nothing actually wrong from the lodge's side! ??

The courtyard seemed secure. The barman was attentive.

The howling from people in the street. We could hear that all nigh from our room. Actually, we were 1st given the wrong room, opened the door to find it is an occupied room, whiskey bottles on the bed and bin and room in a mess... Mistake i understand, however... Not an ideal start. The place smells like Jay's Fluid or pine disinfectant everywhere... There are some shade elements coming in and out... Actually, someone came right into our breakfast table to ask if we wanted to buy lemons while we were having breakfast... And we have a little 3 year old son too... Our bathroom also had the strongest foul smell of mold or rot... Not a pleasant stay at all unfortunately.
