The view, the people, the food

We love this venue for a stop over to refocus and relax. the pace is slow and the view is great. The perfect place for a rest.

The service is slower than you may expect in the city, but there is no rush here anyway.

Everything about the place including the staff, from Reception, Restaurant and games, awesome

Very relaxing atmosphere and the heated pool was an added bonus for the chilly mornings/evenings. The room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast spread was a bit underwhelming.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming

The Guy at reception told us there were no biking trails , to which we discovered is far from true , but everyone else were fantastic

The view was beautiful and the room was nice and clean. The pool and kids activities was a treat. The view is amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The bathroom had many scratches in the bath (room 102) and the sleeper couch was very uncomfortable. The coffee at breakfast could have been better. And for a hotel breakfast the food was average

The breakfast was great , and the indoor hot pools.

considering all other meals were bought ,which was very pricey.So the restaurant prices for guests weren't reasonable.

Thank you to the wonderful staff who were so accommodating and helpful with dietary requests for my little one who is a picky eater!

I didn't like the baby cot that was in the room. We had 2 kids. A 12 years old and a 5 years old. Them boom there was a baby cot in the room

The resort has an excellent restaurant with a big selection of traditional food. Breakfast in the morning was also imazing.We liked a swimming pool which we had with easy access from the rooms.Whole stay was really excellent for all of us.

Just a small thing: from the deck at the pool, one could hear the machinery of the pool the whole time.

Very nice resort, had a few activities we could do. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The bathtub has a jacuzzi.

The bath jacuzzi did not work which was a bit of a damper. Ziplining was also closed so could not do that activity.

Very tasty breakfast. Lots of different options to choose from. Friendly staff . Comfortable rooms. Beautiful view and nice atmosphere.

All was fine. Outside of building need maintenance.

EVERY staff member was outstanding, attentive, pro-active, friendly, efficient and not too much "in ones face" - this was by far the most outstanding aspect of our stay. (from cleaners to reception to bar staff to waiters to spa to gardeners...The hotel runs very well, and is clean and very comfortable - we enjoyed our stay immensely
