Booking was a mess since i encountered a double payment by the Hotel on arrival and additional deduction on my debit card an evening before my departure 2022/01/04 by yourselves and the staff on check out day,were not welling to listen to my story.

The way the attended to to my matter was unprofessional as they ganged against me,which eventually led to me missing my flight. Not even for an apology was send to me.

The food was very good. We came back late from our functions, and everybody was ready to help with room service.

Breakfast was better than I had anticipated. Location was fine for me, suited the purpose of my visit - a quick overnight stop, convenient and comfortable

There was nothing I didn't like

I really didn’t want to leave a negative review because the staff seemed like hardworking, honest people. However, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived at 5 PM, my room wasn’t ready, and once I finally got in, it looked nothing like the photos. The hotel is old, very worn down, and disorganized. I had to filter through multiple codes just to access the Wi-Fi, and the room lacked basic amenities—no hair dryer, no towels, and I even had to wait on laundry. For the price point, this was unacceptable. While the location near supermarkets is convenient, I think you can find better accommodations with more value and better service elsewhere.

1)They need to improve their system.2) Inside rooms are smart, but outside, they need to improve a lot it's very dirty Outside the rooms 4) improve on their breakfast range 5) Their accounting system needs a lot of improvement

We participated in the AGA Africa Archery tournament. The stay was very comfortable. The staff encouraged us and accommodated us with early breakfast. The rooms were clean and we felt safe in the hotel.

Everything about the hotel is very nice except what I note on the negative side of my comments. Breakfast was great. I was able to access Netflix on the free internet. Front desk and housekeeping were helpful in all manners. I would stay here again but would come better prepared for realities.

I could not take a warm shower. Not even once. The water simply never reached a comfortable temperature. This, combined with no heat in the room, made for extremely unpleasant mornings and evenings. I could forgive the no heat as it is an investment that the hotel avoided by assessing temps never go below 5C? I don't know. Plenty of warm blankets for sleeping. But the cold water? I was told that the system was set at maximum temperatures and the situation was the same in all rooms. I ended up boiling water in the kettle, mixing with water in sink, and sponging my body clean.

Breakfast rather disappointing. Staff could do with a bit of training on cooking and service, food often overcooked and ran out with no replenishment. Given the location of the hotel a swimming pool and some recreational facilities would be welcomed. At its current state the hotel is more a 2 star rather than a 3 star...

Breakfast & Location is next to ports, easily accessible. Wi-Fi good quality I was able to work in my room, shops, around the hotel. is the middle of everything

The breakfast was great. The location was also good. Located near convenience shops.

What I clearly requested for in terms of rooms for adults and the accompanying kids was not met. I paid for what I understood to be a main room for adults and a smaller room with a pull out bed for the kids. I needed 5 rooms like this and only 2 of the 5 were agreeable. I feel like I was cheated and they didn't have any way of fixing my situation because they were fully booked so I was forced to take what was there without any compensation.

I booked with booking.com when I get to the venue they told me there are no rooms available they are fully booked
