You must present a valid photo ID at check-in. Payment with a Third Party Card is not possible. Payment will always be requested upon check-in in cash, debit or credit card. To confirm the Pre-Authorization made on the Credit Card informed to guarantee the reservation, it is necessary to present the same Credit Card at the time of Check In. The Hotel has 24-hour parking, subject to availability: Parking fees: BRL 57.75 from Sunday to Thursday. BRL 78.75 on Fridays and Saturdays. On special dates such as holidays or major events, the daily parking fee is BRL 94.50. Parking values are subject to change without notice and the above values are used as a reference only. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
