* The hotel offers rates with or without breakfast. * Note that breakfast prices available at the time of booking are prices per day and per person. * Please note the booking confirmation voucher. If the voucher informs that there is no meal plan linked to the reserved room, it means that the reservation does not include breakfast. In this case, this service is available as an extra service and must be paid directly at the hotel. Costs are charged per day and per person. * Please note that the 10% service fee is not included in the reservation price and is charged at check-in for reservations with a refundable policy or charged at any time for reservations with a flexible/nonrefundable policy. * The hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay including 10% service charge at any time after booking in cases of flexible/nonrefundable policy. * Regarding the request for reversals of undue charges, the guest must contact the hotel directly. * The hotel accepts cash (in cash), debit card (national cards) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Elo - national or international) as payment methods. We do not accept checks as a form of payment. * In cases of payment in installments, only credit cards issued in Brazil will be accepted. Extra hosting costs cannot be paid in installments under any circumstances. * Crib or extra bed are available subject to hotel availability. Only in cases of reservations made for a triple room, crib or extra bed is confirmed. * According to art. 82 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, accommodations of minors under 18 requires the accompaniment of a parent or legal representative. The minor must present the identity card or birth certificate as well as written authorization from those responsible and authenticated by a notary. * Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Prior consultation with the hotel regarding availability is required.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
